About the Heart Mantra ~

What is a Mantra?

What is a Heart Mantra?

Saying words or sounds repeatedly to connect with the vibrational energy of their sacred meaning or intention.  Saying mantras can reduce stress/anxiety while increasing calmness and clarity of mind.

A heart mantra is a mantra that contains words or sounds that connect with the loving rhythm of the heart.  Repeatedly saying the mantra softens and opens the heart, while helping to release obstacles that get in the way of our fullest experience of love and compassion.
